I’ve always been drawn to what happens behind the scenes,where structure, communication, and execution quietly shape the way a business truly operates.After years working in corporate environments across customer success, operations, and executive support, I realized my strongest contribution was never just completing tasks. It was creating clarity within complexity, bringing organization to fast-moving environments, and becoming the person leaders could rely on to keep everything aligned and moving forward.That experience ultimately led me to build ExecFlo, a business created to support founders and growing companies with a more intentional, strategic level of support behind the scenes.At ExecFlo, I partner with business owners who are growing quickly but carrying too much on their own. I step in as a strategic extension of the business, helping manage communication, organize operations, streamline workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, I work seamlessly across teams, clients, and cultures while maintaining a high standard of communication, professionalism, and discretion at every level.My approach is proactive, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in ownership.
